Next-Day Delivery Free For Orders Over £100 🇬🇧 

Free Standard Delivery (2-3 Working Days): Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked.

Express Delivery (1-2 Working Days): Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked.
Orders placed before 6pm will be fulfilled same day & shipped. All orders placed after 5PM will be fulfilled & shipped the following working day.
US Delivery

US Delivery - Free For Orders Over $150 🇺🇸 
International Shipping (5-15 Working Days): Royal Mail International.
 
Fulfilment information
We will ship all UK orders by 5PM, these will be delivered the next day (express delivery) or in two days (standard delivery). Orders placed after 5PM will be shipped the following working day.
 
Custom orders

Custom orders are handcrafted. These take around 4-6 weeks to complete. On rare occasions we are able to complete your custom piece in a shorter or longer time period. Whilst we aim to complete your custom piece in 4-6 weeks this is not always possible as there are a lot of variables and high quality control that determine the production time of your custom piece.

Delayed orders

If you live in the UK and your order hasn't arrived after 3 working days of the estimated delivery time please contact us here.

If you live outside the UK and your order hasn't arrived after 10 working days of the estimated delivery time please contact us here.

We have records of every order, we know when your parcel has been delivered or delivery was attempted. If the parcel is at your local delivery office then please contact them to arrange redelivery. If you're not sure please contact us here.

If the goods are lost by our courier you will need to open a claim against them, if you need any help simply contact us here.

Tracking shows signed for or delivered but not received

Always use a secure shipping address. We do not refund orders that have been recorded as signed for or delivered. You may contact Royal Mail for support.

Shipping taxes

If you have placed an order outside the UK, please check if you'll incur any additional fees before ordering. We are not liable for any extra costs incurred through duty taxes or import charges.

Delivery failed or refused

If the shipping courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect shipping details or customer refuses to collect their delivery the customers order will be returned to Adamans and any shipping costs or extra fees will be deducted from the order total to be refunded.
